Warranty,  Terms and Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship.  Every product we sell and put our name on comes with a 1 year warranty against defects.  If you product fails in the first 30 days of purchase (or as limited by dealers conditions), you will receive a replacement from your dealer.  After 30 days, simply contact us.  Warranty entitles you ONLY to a replacement product in the event of failure.  Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or mis-installation.  Only defects. 

EAG Products sells aftermarket and performance modification parts.  Knowledge in the use and effects of these products is required.  EAG Products assumes no responsibility for damage, personal or property, from the use of these products.  We make every effort to test our products to ensure functionality and quality.  However, you use at your own risk! 

EAG Products recommends you purchase our products from one of our authorized dealers (listed in the dealers page of this site).  Often time our dealers resell our products to other dealers.  We will honor the warranty on any sale through any of our authorized dealers or their customers.
